When placing an order on our order page, please make sure to provide your full name, address, email, and phone number, along with the requested information. Once an order is placed, we will contact you within 24 hours.

 

Items are Returnable within 24 hours after receiving your order. Refunds are only processed in the case of a damaged or defective product. Please send us pictures to show the damage.

 

Disclaimer: Dear Parrot Owner, as with any toy or chewing activity you present to your pets, please remember certain components of a toy on their own, (once materials have been chewed away) can pose potential harm; that being said, please remove toys once the wood has been chewed away to avoid any hazard. While our toys are created with Parrot-safe materials, it is your responsibility to ensure each toy you give your Parrot is enjoyed safely and disposed of once the main components have been chewed or stripped away. Beak Joy Parrot Toys will not be held responsible nor accept liability for such incidents.
